Lest we Forget! The people of Apaa spent more than a decade of the war forcibly confined in IDP camps, just when they start to rebuild their lives….they lose it. We stand in solidarity with the people of Apaa.

In the aftermath of war, when they most needed the support of their national government, the people of Apaa have instead lost their land and their homes have been violently demolished.

We ask Ugandans across all divides who wish to stand in solidarity with the people of Apaa to help us send food staff and any relief to Uganda land Alliance, FIDA or Action Aid offices. Your contributions will help the victims stay healthy as they take refuge at UN Human Rights offices in Gulu. Please join FIDA UGANDA and others to speak up against these violations, for where there is war women are disappropriately affected
